The programs are designed with the understanding that most people are extremely busy and unable to make time out to take care of their health therefore ignoring the physical, mental and emotional aspect of their lifestyle necessary to perform optimally.
Research has also shown that lifestyle adopted by most people living and working in urban areas is the major cause of chronic health problems as they are unable to burn excess fat build up in the body, the resultant effect is the development of different lifestyle hampering and life-threating diseases like stress, High blood pressure, Hypertension, Diabetes, Arthritis, PCOS, Sleep apnea, Kidney problems and Cancer to mention few.
Our programs will comprise an assessment of each individual, guide and provision of a recommended diet and meal plan, provision of exercise classes aimed towards burning excess fat and building the body plan muscle, recommendation and provision of exercise equipment to achieve individual health goals, regular awareness and wellness health seminars.
